Green Credentials and Certifications - Which one is right for you?

GRI, FSC, CERES, CCAR, LEED….what do they all mean? In the last two years, demand for environmental certifications has exploded, now everyone wants to be green! Even the recent economic slowdown has not stemmed this tide.  Businesses still want to reduce their carbon footprint and otherwise demonstrate their commitment to a sustainable planet.

As a business owner, how do you know which ‘green credential’ is right for you? And, how do you know which vendors are offering truly ‘green’ services and products?
